Integrated Social Marketing Campaign

The Client

Leading restorative justice and victim support organisation.

The Brief

Develop and implement a marketing strategy to engage and support victims of crime in Derbyshire. We were also commissioned to deliver a supporting social change campaign to increase awareness and referrals from young people.

The Project

Following an insight consultation, we developed a brand and messaging style, to engage all Derbyshire Communities with services available for victims of crime. The behaviour change campaign included targeted digital activity, featuring video and supporting social media content. We also supported a series of successful community events.

One of the most innovative phases of campaign activity was ‘Got Your Back’, designed specifically to engage young victims of crime.

We used a targeted brand, and interactive digital content, to raise awareness of services amongst young people.

The Result

The campaign has received ‘outstanding feedback’ from both stakeholders and Derbyshire communities. Most importantly, more and more victims of crime are being supported in the Derbyshire region.

We have received particular praise for the Got Your Back campaign, as young people are now accessing services, as a result of our innovative approach.
