    Branding, Messaging and Lead Generation

    The Client

    Shapemaster is a British designer and manufacturer of power assisted exercise equipment with an international reputation based on 30 years of engineering knowledge and excellence. They supply equipment to leisure and rehabilitation facilities around the world.

    The Brief

    We were commissioned, following a competitive tender process, to enhance Shapemaster branding and messaging, to better reflect the evolution of the business. We were also targeted with generating new business leads from key leisure operators.

    The Project

    Our specialist marketing insight team worked closely with Shapemaster colleagues, customers and prospects, to develop engaging messaging, to reflect the Shapemaster culture and ideology. New brand messaging was applied to all marketing channels, including a website for new and existing customers.We also developed a multichannel marketing plan, anchored by a content marketing strategy, and highly personalised direct marketing communications.

    The Result

    We raised awareness, and most importantly generated significant sales leads, from key leisure operators. We developed an online tool, allowing leisure operators to calculate additional revenue they can generate, by installing Shapemaster equipment. The online tool engaged hundreds of key prospects.
