The Brief
We were commissioned to engage lapsed customer groups, and increase sales through targeted promotions.
The Project
SIG Insulation identified a group of lapsed customers, with similar customer profiles, and purchasing potential.
Upon receipt of the brief, we delivered an insight consultation to identify barriers to purchase.
As a result of the consultation, our creative team developed a direct marketing campaign – Trust SIG, designed to directly re-engage customers.
Customers were engaged by a series of messages, anchored by a service promise, addressing the primary barrier to purchase.
We were able to drive customers online, to provide additional information about their purchasing habits, incentivised by the opportunity to enter a competition to win a car.
The Result
Thousands of lapsed customers were engaged with the benefits of working with SIG Insulation. Already leading to increase in sales from the identified customer groups.
